This is a truly bizarre story.

A couple of days ago we had a huge 50 million shekel lottery draw. A bunch of people won including some guy who won the lottery three previous times. He and a business partner bought over 30,000 shekel worth of tickets.

Of the seven people who won, one dude is accussing some of associates of his of trying to extort him. This isn't so strange, I am assumming it happens fairly often.

Here is the kicker...

The winner Yefim Yatskayer states in the Ha'aretz article:

Yatskayer said that his alleged partners had forced him to sign the memorandum of understanding with regard to sharing the prize under threats that "they will chop of his hand" if he refused to sign.

"I don't need the money," Yatskayer said, adding: "I am a drug dealer and money launderer; I have enough money, and my life and the lives of my family are more important."

And you are also a moron for telling a newspaper reporter that you are a criminal.
