I just learned via Dave from Israellycool that Israel is discontinuing the production of the UZI submachine gun. It’s very rare that you see these on the street anymore. By that I mean being carried by soldiers. I knew a guy who was in the Military Police who was given an UZI. He was so embarrassed by it that he would carry it around in his backpack.
