The Hot dogs and nuts bill

The Knesset passed the “hot dogs and nuts” bill which surprisingly has nothing to do with what you are thinking. (article in Hebrew)

The bill, proposed by Ahmed Tibi, will force products such as hot dogs and nut to place warning labels explaining the dangers of these products to babies and toddlers.

I’m not a parent yet, but is a law like this really necessary? What ever happened to common sense?
