There so many stores around the IKEA complex in Netanya that are constantly packed with cars that it's hard to argue that it wouldn't benefit the city. Where did you see some information about the JNF beautification project for the city? Cause that would also increase the city's profile and allow people to believe it's doing better and worth a visit. I agree that it is a great idea that will bring people and money to Lod. Which means, people would come from all over the center and south of the country and like Mr. Rubinstein pointed out, it means more jobs and more hope for local residents.
